The Benedictineabbey Company was established in the year 2005 by Tracy and Warwick Bright, who are the directors. They have worked in the corporate environment, so they know the peril, which is why they were motivated to start the company. When both of them left their corporate jobs, it was their dream to help working professionals feel less stressed and increase their productivity. Also, they wanted corporates to be more sensitive about the problems their employees may face while working for long hours.

Today, the company has been in business for over 15 years and witnessed tremendous growth. We have grown from offering chair massage services to a few offices to individuals, groups, and corporates across Sydney and Melbourne. Our company offers chair massage services for five to thirty minutes for offices, corporate events, and private occasions. In addition, we provide first-aid courses in Sydney and Melbourne.

We have a loyal client base because our services are rendered by experienced and professionals therapists and experts. They have years of experience and knowledge to provide personalised solutions. All the therapists we send on-site have contracts with us, and we do thorough background checks on them to ensure complete trust. Most of our therapists have been working with us for years, and they are trusted by our clients as well.

For our first aid training services, small, medium, and large corporates can get in touch with us. All we need to provide training sessions is a room and four-five capable people. The training courses we offer are Apply First Aid (AFA-formerly Senior First Aid), Perform CPR and CPR Refresher (CPR), and Emergency Asthma Management (EAM). Our team members provide one on one training sessions as well.
